Nokia 6600 slide - HELP!

Hello

I just got a second hand Nokia 6600 slide. It is locked to the 3G network, does anyone know the best way to get this unlocked, at present it is asking for a restriction code. I tried my local mobile phone shop but they referred me back to the supplier, I tried 3G and they said that only the original owner of the phone could get it unlocked. I tried the original owner but he tells me it was his sisters phone and he cant get hold of her !!!!
Can anyone help me.

Sorry Shayney - I read your post and was going to suggest a local high street phone unlocking store - we seem to have plenty in our local area - it looks like you have exhausted every avenue except for the manufacturer - maybe get in touch with Nokia?? Sometimes the manufacturer web forums are useful.
