Is it better exclusive breast feeding for 6 month ?

Most of the mother don't know about exclusive breast feeding and they introduce the child weanig diet before 6 month.So,what is better?plz help me!!!!

Yes, For a baby breast feeding is very important and it should be given at least 6 months and as long as you can give, it will be better for a baby's growth and stability.
