Why no better alternative to Google's pagerank
I have not seen a better competitor when it comes to competing with google's pagerank system, even yahoo and msn and ask don't have any similar thing to determine a site's link value. I can think of only alexa has the closest tool to compete with pagerank. what do you say?

It's just a ranking system developed by google. In actual fact there are many webmasters who don't even bother about it. Except when you want to sell links or sell the whole website, then PR comes as important.
