Do you have any of the backup features/icons on your Cpanel?

You should be able to make simple backups on your cpanel already if your host hasn't disabled the feature.

You should be able to make a compressed file of your public_html via your file manager and upload it to your public_html, download it from your local pc.

Or request your host for a backup of the account if the feature is disabled.

Any good hosting provider would do a backup of your site or at least give you access to the backup feature.

There should be a feature from cpanel to do a full backup. But admittedly I still haven't tried doing it yet.
