Paypal is definitely safe as long as you play fair. I mean many people register PP with fake information and VCCs and once their account is blocked they blame paypal. IMO, its not really PP's fault.

Paypal is safe but it is also unsafe
You just got to watch the Emails you get from them (Make sure there not spoof) And watch the popups about logins when you access paypal.com |

Paypal always in favour of buyers not the sellers.
Hence if ur selling digital products thru paypal i would just say its worst. |
