i think mysql is the best and nobody can compare it.

Its depend upon your requirement. I think if you are using php then mysql is better and if you are using asp.net then mssql is a better choice.

MSsql is the faster database, but it cost so match - try to use mysql, it's free.

Are you sure mysql is the best. I found somewhere that it is not advisable to use mysql for massive production data.

I think MySql maybe not for its qualities,but for the compatibility.Almost all the scripts nowadays require MySQL.

It depends on what your needs are for me too mysql is the best but when I use asp.net I prefer mssql

If you want a quality database you can try ORACLE but it is expensive. Choosing a database also will depend on what aplication you want

MySQL Is a good easy to use free database, about that "its not good for massive productio..." you are wrong, with the right setting it could be very fast.
