I dont rely on such directory submission softwares, i prefer to do it manually myself or prefer to outsource only to those who do manual submissions. as i feel automated submissions has lots issues to solve .

Don't submit to any old directory. It is a waste of time. Submit your website manually to only big name directories.

Yes, always try to submit your websites which have high page rank and high traffic otherwise its next to useless submitting websites to directories with no traffic or no pagerank.
