I think it will send bot traffic because it is to cheap 81k for 7$ and this is a program it means there will be bot traffic , no man sorry i need unique traffic with real people !!

It's not bot traffic. It sends bot traffic to other websites with your url as referer, this results in webmasters of those websites think your website has sent visitors to their website. So these webmasters will visit your site, and these are real human visitors.
