OverSelling
How do you find out if your web hosting provider is over selling ? Sometimes they telling you that you use too much server resources which you haven't even reach your bandwidth limit.

It happened to me once. I don't know how can i find out. But i knew that i didn't reach limit. After a few hours the error message dissapeared and everything went normal.

Over Selling can Crash the Hosting Server .. SO i saggest to beaware

well i think there is no way of telling that your hosting service is speaking truth about over usage of server resources.
They might tell you this to make an upgrade of you package. ( a rare chance ) But normally they are correct |

How do you know a hosting company oversells its packages?
Maybe these crashes are hardware problems. The best hosting company uses its own dedicated servers with more than 100 mb connections and 2*320gb of harddisk. It's a little difficult to oversell on one server. The only problem is the ram of hardisk but it's generally more than 3gb. |
