24/7 support
Hi all,
what do you think about 24/7 support? Is it true? Does your hosting respect it? Have you ever change your hosting for this? |

well in case you have some problem regarding any hosting service, you just email them and they usually reply your email with a solution with in 24 hours, this doesn't show that they are giving 24x7 support, but this a satisfactory time considering the time zones all around the globe.

Its same like unlimited resources theatrically its true but technically not. Also this only can be expected from Big web hosting providers like Godaddy. Even they say it might take up to 3 hours them to get back to you.
