Your template is not frankly good.
Content is : 10/10

But please try to change template,try to use some 3 way template.

This is regarding me, you should get some more reviews, then try to change it.

The menu has very small fonts. And the content on the index is scarring and not very formatted. But the content is unique and it's the first time I see a site like this so with a little tweaking you can create a great online resource on this topic.
