Most Flexible and Cost effictive Hosting service

Hi Friends!
Can you tell me which hosting service is most flexible and is also cost effective.
By flexible i mean that which service have good scripting support as well as customer support.

I don't think you can point out one and say this is the best hosting service. Specially when it comes to shared web hosting. It depends on how much you are willing to pay and your requirement.

1and1 is cost effective but no cpanel and few less auto installing scripts even in business plans and general plan does have no scripts other than a 1and1 blog which is based on wordpress.
