What Are The Advantages of a Dedicated Server?

A dedicated server serves only your website. You have only your website[s] on the server and you have total control over it. You get to choose the operating system, hardware, etc.

If you have a big or busy website, you must get a lot of traffic. This would cause a lot of websites hosted on a shared server to crash. The chances of this happening on a dedicated server are slim.

The cost is a complete disadvantage but it is worth all the money. Yes, it costs more than shared hosting but you get less headaches with a dedicated server. You don't have to worry about losing visitors because your website gets a lot of downtime. You can promote your site all you want and not worry about it crashing at all.

yep the cost of Dedicated servers is the only thing which is bad, otherwise it's cool to have your own dedicated server.

Less headaches would depend on whether or not the dedicated server has a control panel and is managed. Some are just linux boxes that you put your own stuff on. If you like being in full control of your server and have the knowledge to do so, it's a lot better. But it can be more of a headache for some that are not technically oriented towards Linux or Windows or Unix.

If people have no clue what they're doing then they should avoid purchasing a dedicated server or find someone that knows how to work with one.

the cost associated with dedicated server is very high. based on the high requirement we can think about dedicated hosting.. else shared is good.

Fast, high-capacity and powerful server . But too costly - so i dont prefer that much
