Default Geocities

In My opinion this is the worst free host ever, Never even goto them there is alot of much better hosts out there, they are slow, dont offer alot of space and are constantly down. Not worth the time and effort!

I tried gecities too. The popup banner is annoying to me. otherwise If you don't require much they are ok. It is easy to use if you are just starting and don't know how to go about it. There are templates to use that work alright for a beginner. If your site grows and you want more you will probably want to look elsewhere.

you are right, this is the list of anoying this they do to your site:
-Put an ad on the right side and it is their whenever you scroll down
-They force many popups, some even try to make you to download something
I just dont like em, i rather use my own hosting lol

Don't like geocities at all: they have an annoying bar that appears on the right (even though you can close it), and many other ads. It is probably best for newbies though and thus associated with amateurs (don't try selling anything hosted at a geocities site).
