Revenue sharing for people with no website?

well guy I'm thinking to make an AdSense revenue sharing forum, the forum will be dedicated to different niches and I expect that most of the users that will join my forum will not have a website neither they will have any sort of experience with setting up. by this fact, most of the users will not already having an AdSense account and lso they will not be eligible to apply for it. I want to know that anyone of you knows or have any sort of ideas around this issue?!! is it possible for me?

ofcourse you can. why not ?? you can start with a vbulletin forum script than add with revenue sharing addon. just that simple. the question is how many percentage would you give to your members

thanks for the reply.. i am thinking to share 40% to 45% of the impressions with the members.. so that they make some revenue and become more and more loyal..

It is indeed a good idea. There are many forums which share adsense revenues with members. New users can always apply for adsense by setting up a blog on blogger which is absolutely free.
