PR3 Bid Directory 14 inner pages have PR2

My bid directory is PR3 and also 14 inner pages have PR2.

There are only 31 links in it.

Link leader bid is 13$ only.

You have the chance of getting a PR3 or PR2 backlink.

It doesn't seem like it's worth it. 13$ out weighs a PR3 link.
