Coding Designs

Is there like any easy way to code a design? like is there some type of program that can code a design after u slice it in photoshop and save for web

Slice it in ImageReady then export it into an html.

Dreamweaver Fireworks also have this feature.

I am using dreamweaver to fast make a layout. When I need to go into the code I use Crimson editor. I use the WYSIWYG editor sometimes since it would take more time to code the layout and I have already too many sites to work on to afford losing this time
