View Server in Cpanel?

Hey, when i log into my cpanel i see this view server link on the left panel, and when i click on it it shows some server specs, but i dont really understand what they mean, can some one explain me what should i look at to know if the server is running good and its not overloaded? two specs calls my attention, a cpu usage, and memory usage, what do they mean?

Usually CPU usage should be under 1. I think 1 indicates 100% usage. If it exceeds one the "light" next to it turns red. If it exceeds one then you know that your host is overselling and that may be a cause of reliability problems or slow downs.
