Site Wide Links

What do people think about site wide links.

Would you use them? Do you feel they benefit your in site, or does it look like you bought them and Google will know and not give as much credit for that?

site wide links are great IMO. They should help greatly compared to a one-page link.

I often have both types, but sometimes wonder if 1 or 2 good links in key parts of a web site may be better sometimes.

I tried to avoid site textlinks, I preffer few textlinks at botton of my site

Many people prefer homepage only because of irrelevant links. Sitewide links are good if all pages are relevant to your link.
