if you have some photoshop knowledge , you can download the free templates and make changes to them.. try some good photoshop tutorial sites.

Hello. I also recommend good-tutorials.com as a starting point. You should consider if you want just to create the design (Photoshop only) or if you want to slice it and code it also.
I personally use Photoshop for design, Fireworks for sliceing and Dreamweaver for coding. Cheers. |

A lot of new webmasters are using CSS FAUX templates for their websites and blogs. Those templates aren't professional templates, but they're really good, easy to install, and you can organize your website very easily. How many of you here use CSS templates for your website(s)?
