A friendly responsive support is the top-wanted feature every customer look for when picking a product or service. It's not only the low prices that make GoDaddy the #1 domain registrar (many other registrars provide lower prices), but it's the 24/7 responsive and helpful support team GoDaddy has.

I totally agree with you about GoDaddy! I use them for all my business and the main reason I do is the first time I did use them I was not very "computer saavy". It was late at night and I called them and they were GREAT and very nice and VERY PROFESSIONAL!
The company I partner with is VERY supportive and its a reason why they are so successful! I also am part of an award winning team and the team support is fantastic!
I believe this is crucial for a successful business!
