|
homestead style hosting?
A friend of mine wanted to create a website but she doesnt know anything about coding or hosting and such. Since I am too busy to show her the ropes I was wondering if there are any decent free hosting places with an online editor of some description? I used to use "Homestead" but I have no idea what is around anymore.

Just let her learn some basic HTML at www.w3schools.com . It isn't that hard.

A good resource for people who are just starting out. After she gets the hang of things, she can move to another host (way more features in their control panel, however more advanced). |

If you friend want something basic without having to register a domain or pay for hosting she should try blogger. Its free, its from Google and you can apply for Adsense to earn from your site.
