Siteocity.com?

I'd found them when made search in google. What do you think about their packages? Are they affordable? At the moment I need something new for my new project. I have looked thrugh www.siteocity.com and their prices came into view as upright ones with no overselling. So what are your thoughts?

Do you want to have a shared hosting or a reseller account from siteocity.com? As far as I understand they don't provide dedis.
