The .tc extention is not strong & there are better keywords still available IMO. I'd have to say reg fee at this stage.

I think it depends on your marketing. If you make it clear its Acne To Clear, the .TC TLD will really help. I say between regfee and $100

For .tc is a weak extention,so the vaule for acne.tc is just reg fee if undevelop.Of course,you developed it,for this website it seems cool,so now IMO more than reg fee,you need to make your site more famous,Good Luck!
