PHP Coding: Link Rotation
I'm looking for something that will rotate links on my site.
If you go to my site, http://nuURL.us, you will see a 3x3 table towards the bottom. Each time the page is refreshed, I want the links to be in a different (random) order. Can anyone help with this?
