First of all i thank to you that u have made good effort .the look and colour combination is good and all over work is also good ,just make more 10% effort to get good response to your site..goood keep it up...we can learn from you...

site colors are good think would look better having a kind of seperation down the left side as its not easy to spot any links on first glance apart from adds
