In this case, I would agree on it being better to have a .com over a .tv. If you want anymore than reg. fee you would have to develop it and get a decent amount of traffic.

Of course it's pronounceable, do you even know what SEO is???

It isn't a great name if you wish to resell, if you find and enduser it may be more profitable for you. However I would recommend/advise that you develop it as your personal blog about SEO, assuming you know SEO, if you don't or have a question drop me a PM.
