I have noticed there are Free Adult hosting with Ads But wonder is there free adult hosting without ads in return for things like forum posting ?

I don't think that's possible. You simply want too much and you get it for free. Most of free hosting companies that don't have ads, popups or other things, are slow and have low space/bandwidth

No it seems possible. maureenmuffins's link is a good place to search and i saw few good options. You can't take post for hosting is same as free hosting. Hosting owner normally earn enough to cover server costs from ads they put on their forum. Also They are not slow not everyone you just have to pick the right provider.
