DIY Wedding Program - Crane Templates?

We purchased the Crane Ecruwhite DIY wedding program kit and downloaded the Word "free templates" that come with it. They come with no instruction, our printer won't print them correctly, and now we're being told by Kinko's that we need to buy a NEW printer -- so much for saving money. Please help -- do you have the secret to make our HP printer print the 7.25"x10.5" programs?

More specifically, it will only print one half of the page. Printing one full piece of paper makes two pages of the program (the paper folds in half) -- but the printer will only print the right-hand side.

You can always go to some shop that does printing for you, it doesn't cost that much, and their printers are very fast.

About your printer, I'm not sure, have you checked IF your printer CAN print these dimensions?
