Paypal Account Upgrade

I want to upgrade my paypal account soon. Which option will be best if I want to use my paypal account for receiving/sending money and sell eBooks?

The fees are basically the same for the premier and business account unless you are high volume (over 3K month). For some reason I don't recall the premier is easier to set up. It is what I chose but now I don't recall why.

Don't use business UNLESS you are going to set up your own website. They charge on all sent money. The free a/c just only doesn't allow custom integration. So if you use eBay or something like that, then you are free to use the normal a/c.

So normal a/c here refer to premier right? How much would paypal charge monthly?
