Yup! VH1 and MSN are trademarks and therefore can't be used. If you're getting an offer sell it for whatever price is offered. You never know when VH1 & MSN lawyers are gonna knock your door.

legal question for you guys, if you know...
for example, those domains are trademarked and therefore cannot be used, i get that to a point... say i have a domain, using msn for example... boomsn.com, and my site was called Booms Network. would i get in trouble with that domain? i was under the assumption it was only unlawful to own a domain if you were attempting to gain traffic or recognition because of the other parties copyrighted name. |

According to trademark, you can not (and should not) have any trademarked keyword in your domain while cybersquatting. A Fan site is absolutely no problem because your main intention is not to make money off of it. However, these names wouldn't really work for a fan site so you probably should get rid of them. Especially the MSN one since Microsoft sues anyone they catch.
