It's a nice and neat layout. The ads by Advertlets are not being displayed. May be you can try having a funny logo to go with the site.

Hey, not bad. Could improve further if the contents are arranged neatly and categorized to make the visitor easy to browse through. Nice layout and good use of color.

Very nice Iv been visiting this site for a while but never even saw this post my friend reffed me there
some tips:
try removing that search box from there its in its wrong spot put like in the nav or just delete
try taking that ad away I had to scroll down to view the pictures it gets annoying at times

I love the pictures. The design is very boring for that type of a page. You may want to find a nicer maybe humorous them to attract the eye. You may want to also add content to your picture which will help in the SEO. Even if you add a short description of the pictures it will help load your pages with content. Google does not recognize images as content and you will have a hard time ranking well.

The concept is great and people love these types of picture, if you do the above suggestions, I think you will have a winner!
