What's your host policy as to the number of emails before suspending your account? 0? 1? 3?

Few weeks ago I experienced such a bad encounter. A hosting reseller removed my account telling that they changed TOS and that they don't host proxy sites anymore. Funny thing was that I haven't event started using that account. Later he apologized telling its a mistake but i don't think its something u can overlook.
I think warning or a reminder is the professional way before suspending an account. Hosting provider has right to cancel th account right away if the person violate TOS but Still if this not then he should notify so site owner at least can take back ups or move the host.
