Default How to get a site on the web?

Hiya, i have just made a website with dreamweaver MX and i dont know anything about publishing and designing. Creating the links and designing the website was easy but i have no idea how to get it on the web. Could someone recomend me a hosting service website or something that would actually help me? anything that would help is appreciated. Thanks.

Best way is read some web hosting tutorials on Google and get an idea about about. Specailly about FTP and basics of hosting.

Get a free domain name, 24/7 support, easy builders, 30GB disk space, 650 GB bandwidth, PHP & MySQL and more! If our limits aren't enough... increase them!

It takes a little bit of technical knowhow, but if you figured out DreamWeaver, then it shouldn't be too hard. There is a lot of step by step instructions. Sometimes even the hosting provider will tell you specifically how to do it. You will need an FTP program like FileZilla which is free to upload your files when you get hosting.

I've used dreamweaver a lot, and I'd also be willing to help. Check out www.goultimatesupport.com and post there. We help both clients and non-clients.

I do agree with the suggestions given by other members. Your first step should be to read some tutorials available online. It should be pretty easy task once you learn it. Incase if you are looking to bring your site to top results in major search engines you really need to be work on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and also you could get the work done by professionals who would charge for that service.
