What do you think of LiquidWeb?

I was considering joining liquidweb with a dedicated server, but I was wondering, first, if anyone had any positive / negative experience with them?
I mean, like the support, all the reviews i've seen are positive, but y'know..

I just got a dedicated server through LiquidWeb they offer shared hosting and VPS as well and as every other host I have ever dealt with had horrible support, I had to give them a well-deserved shout-out.

Do you have a link to their site so i can look and tell you what i think of them.
