Help to solve

I have a problem with my e-gold .

Here what they write to me :

Access denied

The IP you are using to access the e-gold website (XXXXXXX) appears to be either an open proxy or otherwise exploited. You will not be permitted to access e-gold services from this IP while this condition continues. I know i can go into it with proxy , but how to fix it?

As far I know,previously it was allowed to login to your e-gold even by using an open proxy.But,nowadays e-gold have stopped it or you could say they don't allow logins from proxies anymore.So it's better not to use proxies for logging in to your e-gold account.So please be careful from next time cause if you try the same thing again and again then e-gold might cancel or ban your Ip and you will never be able to use that Ip for logging in.
