Host cancellation

What are the factors that make you cancel your hosting account? For me it would be too much downtime and poor customer support.

for me the reasons for cancellation of my hosting service would be poor functionality and bad customer support, uptime of the host server is also an important factor which i usually consider.

Bad service , high price , why you need to pay much if the service is poor?

I close mostly because of bad service. I like to send my hosts a list of things that were wrong and why I switched a host. If they agree to correct them, I may continue the hosting.

If I were in the same boat, I would be upset about packet loss & slow pings, and bad customer service..

1) slow server
2) the support is slow
3)the server is old
4) the server make for me problems..

some hosts do it to me, I cancel my hosting after a month..
