Trying to find a web host with few restrictions

I am looking for a host that is not in the US, so that I can host my podcast and some other music files. I will need decent space at a good or far price, the files I would be hosting I do not believe are copyright but the last host I had would not take the chance so I was removed. I am looking in the Netherlands or Russia.

There are lot's of offshore hosting companies but if you are from Asia like me, then you could just host your own site since copyright stuff are not strictly enforced.

I don't know if it's what you look. But if you are searching "offshore", don't go with netherlands. Use Hong Kong, there are the best servers, which will never be closed.
