Review Please

Hi everyone, we have this site that I'm looking forward on having decent reviews. I'd like to hear on the design and usability part :-)

site is aceglitters.com, a myspace graphics provider type of site.

I like the design. However, the header ad needs to be removed or redesigned. At least center it, or make the height of the gray box the same as the ad height. It's just wayy too big for the ad.
