VPS for irc ?
I want to start my own irc service.
Can any one of u tell me the preferred configuration of vps that is necessary to run irc smoothly? Also keep in mind that i m low in budget  |

you need a lot of bandwidth. You can find some vps with 100mbit connection and unlimited transfer.
I advice you to buy always vps and dedicated server with 512mb of RAM or more |

i will suggest you
512 MB or more RAM say a lot of BW nearly 100 GB of storage and a good quality VPS
