Need feedback about backycorp.com service

Anyone in here ever used backycorp.com hosting? They provide a free hosting also paid hosting... but i am not confident they service is robust. Any feedback i will appreciate it so much.

I think they participate a lot at the FWS forum. From what I know, they are reliable. They do have several users who really like the service.
