Who has been banned from Adsense?
Who here has been banned and have you applied again yet? I was banned a long time ago, (for being a threat to advertisers)(I was an adwords user at the time as well..haha) and I waited a while, applied again, got one check and banned again, so I did an LLC and got a different address, and now I do that for each of my larger sites.
I would suggest if you do use adsense, not to post your site on any webmaster boards... So tell me your stories...

I know a guy who has been banned by google five times. He always managed to get a new account, but don't know how.
I think playing safe is the best option. |

this is scary thing. not to happen to me yet, i'm afraid too. but as long is we follow the TOS then we are safe from ban
