How to appraise domains
A lot of domain appraisals are being done on a lot of forums, and I'm just wondering how people do this? I mean, what are your criteria, and how do you convert that to $?

I just take the TLD, development potential, length, brandability, backlinks, PR, Link popularity etc into consideration.

domain appraisal is best way to judge the price of domain, by the rules of appraisal i think its fair way to check the worth of any domain easily.
