are you a writer ?can you tell me how much you can earn per word ?i am a newbie of it ,and start to write months ago ,everyone who is good at it post helpful experience here please !

It depends, anywhere from 3 cents to 1.00 per word. Most people looking for a writer have basic requirements though, and the higher rate usually applies to original content. You will be competing against pros often times; those with degrees in English. You will need much more than a basic command of English as well.

If you're just starting out as a writer, you might want to charge only a penny a word until you get some work in a portfolio that you can show for bigger jobs.
