Well how to make a sub domain inside addon domain folder ? when i create a sub domain for a addon domain, sub domains folder alwas ended up outside of addon domains folder.

Just go to "Subdomains" section (not addon domains) and create one and redirect it to one of the folders (like yoursite.com/forum), it will work as forums.yoursite.com

As said earlier by Positive, this can be done through Subdomains section which can be found within your cPanel.
