I think that he is looking for dedicated server or VPS at least. I have heard about shared hosting companies with that spec, but I think that they are oversellers. I avice you try to use hosting search tools.

If you're from Europe somewhere, I can recommend www.servage.net (I'm member too there - if you want a coupon for 25GB extra space, let me know). Great uptime in europe.
Though, servage is not very well if you're in US, because it's slower then. Much slower sometimes! |

Why don't contact Rackspace. Try their live support and you will find a comfortable package for you. There are a lot of possibilities in rackspace and I have used them before.
