I'll echo the above sentiment of what is the catch? Do we get full ownership of the domain and are we free to transfer it elsewhere?

free domains is a very good service when s gonna start

I think there will be some catch in it

There isn't really a catch but they only register a certain amount of domains a week depending on ad revenue, so it may increase or decrease but i have a feeling it may take a while to get your domain...
