There ok, i reccomend alot of the paid tools though, there the ones that usually show a big JUMP in traffic.

Costs very much though...
But it generates very good reports, helping you to optimize your site for higher google (or yahoo,....) ranking. It's target is to get you in the top10, something it mostly realizes (if you do exactly what it says).
