It looks nice! But, I am sure it's going to affect the Search engine optimization work by all! The 'ads by Google' term is more visible and bolder than the ads, sure of affecting the seo work!

i think it make ads little standing out but still i haven't noticed any drop in CTR. just have to change blending methods.

I do like the new look, they have been trying to change the logo and look so many times now and it seems like they have finally come up with a design they feel satisifed with!!
