Does anyone have a list of countries that arent known to be scammers?

Hi,
I just started a new free host, and I don't want to restrict too many countries, but I want to make sure the ones that are responsible for most abuse are blocked. So far I only have China, and Korea blocked. any other suggestions?

I'm getting a lot of australian signups, is this generally a safe country?

Indian people are sometimes a bit clever and Also the Easter countried i dont know why, Try some where like France, Italy are more trusted countried although still clever just nice.

There are spammers everywhere. However, you are correct that some countries seem to have more of them. Russia is often on lists of known spammers.

The USA has alot of spammers, probably because we build up alot of the worlds internet users. But you can't block USA other wise you will hardly have anyone. Why do you want to block countries instead of putting up bot prevention and making a inactivity limit?

Realy you cant ban then, They can sue you, like it's like saying i dont want England because they are alot of Scammers you cant judge all the people on one or two people. a minority.

Ya its absolutely right. Can't choose really among countries. You should rather try something else.
